Salary: £20,592.00 pro rata We are often on the look for creative and enthusiastic people to join our team. Most people start as an employment support worker before moving to become a job coach after a short while but those with previous job coaching experience are welcome to apply directly for a job coach role. This is an interesting and varied role, providing job coaching support to both job seekers and employers. Job coach support job seekers from the start of the supported employment process to the time when they are successfully embedded into an employer and working independently. Due to the depth and intensity of our work, commitment to both the job seeker and the employer is needed for this position. The tasks cover a wide spectrum of activities:
