The team at Sixteen developed our discovery films during the COVID pandemic as a way of continuing to support people to think about their pathway to paid employment. We continue to use them as a good way to get to know our jobseekers. Each short film is based upon one aspect of the employment journey and, with worksheets and exercises to complete at the end, offer a great way start thinking about work
